Scott is the CEO of Lexx Healthcare, and has over twenty years of experience in medical recruiting. Besides running a great business and work environment, he enjoys spending time with his family. Scott loves playing golf and hockey with his sons and supporting them in their hobbies. He is a huge hockey fan, and his favorite team is the Philadelphia Flyers. In his free time, Scott loves to play poker. His favorite part of the day is when he gets home and spends time with his family and pets.

Besides work, Laura enjoys being with her children, and they are her motivation to work harder and be the best version of herself. Along with taking care of her children, she spends quality time with her mother, who inspired her to become a great mother herself. She loves traveling and sports. When Ryan is not at work, he enjoys watching any sports game and is a die-hard Islanders fan. He also spends time with his wife and their puppies.
Director Of Business Development
Fred is the Director of Business Development at Lexx HealthCare. After starting as a Physician Consultant for 7 years, Fred earned his way up to this promotion. Outside of work, Fred loves watching sports, whether that is pro sports or watching his son play baseball in college. He loves his New York teams, his favorite being the New York Yankees. Other than sports, Fred loves staying active and spending time with his wife and son.
